Jasper County is located about 65 miles southeast of Chicago, Illinois, and 30 miles south of Gary, Indiana along I-65, at the north end of the county. We are approximately 80 miles north of Indianapolis, at the southern end of the county. Jasper County covers 562 square miles, the third largest county in the State of Indiana.
